Rose Armelle Atelier — Return & Exchange Policy

At Rose Armelle Atelier, every piece of jewellery is crafted with precision and care. To maintain quality standards and ensure a fair process for all customers, we kindly ask you to review our return and exchange guidelines below.


1. Parcel Opening Video (Mandatory)

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must record a clear, uninterrupted parcel-opening video at the time of delivery.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • The opening process

    • The condition of the jewellery and inner packaging

Claims submitted without a valid opening video will not be eligible for review.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity considerations, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with design

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

All purchases are final unless the item is received damaged or defective.


3. Quality Assurance & Damaged Items

Each jewellery piece undergoes a strict 3-level quality inspection before dispatch to ensure flawless presentation and durability.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or broken, you are eligible for a free replacement.

To process a replacement:

  • Submit your claim within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include the parcel-opening video clearly showing the damage

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
